What does print-on-demand mean?
Our clothes are made-to-order using a print-on-demand process, which means that we only print or embroider the designs after you have placed an order.
This means nothing is wasted, as we haven't stocked lots of unsold designs.
Making clothes this way helps to keep our environmental impact low, whilst still providing an efficient and exceptional service.
Why will my clothing arrive separately?
Our drinks are crafted and stored in our facility in the UK, whilst our clothes are made in 3rd party facilities around the world, which is why they will arrive separately.
Your clothing will be printed as soon as possible, and will arrive shortly after your drinks.
We will provide you with all the tracking information you need, and every order contributes to accredited climate action.
Do you offer returns?
Yes, we offer hassle-free returns in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged.
Simply contact us within 30 days of purchase, with your order number and photos of the unopened packaging, and we will inform you of the appropriate steps. Once the item has been collected and inspected, a full refund will be issued.
To minimise waste, our clothes are made-to-order and therefore we cannot offer non-faulty returns.
How do I care for my VitClear clothing?
Each item comes with care instructions tailored to its fabric.
Generally, we recommend machine washing in cold water and air-drying to preserve quality and extend the life of your gear.
